Forum as well as help with billing and account problems have become
rare. 6 months even without a statement from Jagex. No explanation, no
apology, no advice.
This can't continue like that. We need costumer support.

Our Clan-Leaders, Forum-
and Player-Mods and Wiki-Writers need assistance. Player with technical
problems, e.g. JAG-problems, have to wait weeks for help. Not everyone
can speak fluent English and has the possibility to get help from the
english Support.
We are aware of the job offer, but as we didn't
find a new german customer support since more than half a year we're of
the opinion that it's time to look more active for a qualified
candidate. Since we didn't get any answer in the German forums we hope
that Jagex is going to read this and can give us an answer how the
future will look like.
